Two Loaves Tech, referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Two Loaves,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” provides technology and services designed to help churches and other organizations manage connections, registrations, communications, follow-up, growth, and related operations.
This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we may collect or process, how we use that information, when information may be shared, and the choices available to users and organizations that use our services.

Depending on how you interact with Two Loaves and our products, we may collect or process information including:

Churches and organizations using Two Loaves products may connect third-party platforms or submit information about people they serve.
For example, Wiser Connect may process information submitted through:
Facebook or Instagram Instant Forms
- Church connection forms
- Event or ministry forms
- Registration forms
- Planning or church-management systems
- Communication platforms
- Other approved integrations
- This information may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, form responses, interaction history, visit information, registration information, and other information submitted to or maintained by the customer organization.
When we process this information on behalf of a customer, the customer organization remains responsible for determining how it collects and uses information about its members, guests, leads, or participants.
2. Meta, Facebook, and Instagram Integrations
Two Loaves products may connect to Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
When an authorized church or organization connects a Facebook Page or other Meta asset to Wiser Connect, we may receive information that the organization has authorized Meta to provide.
This may include:
Facebook Page ID and name
- Meta form IDs and form information
- Lead information submitted through Meta Instant Forms
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Answers to form questions
- Campaign, ad set, ad, or attribution identifiers when made available by Meta
- Access credentials necessary to maintain the authorized integration
- We use this information to provide the requested Wiser services, including receiving leads, matching them with existing records, creating or updating records, supporting follow-up, and helping organizations understand a person’s engagement journey.
Two Loaves does not sell Meta lead information.
Two Loaves does not use a church’s leads for Two Loaves’ own unrelated marketing purposes.
An organization may disconnect its Meta integration through Wiser or through Meta’s Business Integration settings.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
Operate and maintain Two Loaves products
- Create and manage user accounts
- Process leads and form submissions
- Match information with existing records
- Provide registration and event-management functionality
- Support customer follow-up workflows
- Provide requested communications
- Provide customer support
- Maintain integrations with authorized third-party platforms
- Monitor product reliability and security
- Prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
- Improve our products and services
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
- We do not use personal information in ways that are materially unrelated to the services for which it was provided without an appropriate legal basis or authorization.
4. SMS and Phone Numbers
Providing a phone number does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages.
Where SMS consent is required, Two Loaves products are designed to preserve the consent choices provided by the individual or customer organization.
A phone number received from a form or third-party integration should not automatically be treated as marketing SMS consent unless appropriate consent was separately provided.
Message and data rates may apply to text communications sent by organizations using our services.
5. How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate our products and services, such as providers of:
Cloud hosting
- Databases
- Authentication
- Email delivery
- Text messaging
- Analytics
- Monitoring and security
- Payment processing
- Customer support
- Connected third-party integrations
- These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us or our customers.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate abuse or security incidents, or protect the rights and safety of Two Loaves, our customers, or others.
We do not sell personal information.
6. Customer-Controlled Integrations
Two Loaves products may connect with third-party platforms selected and authorized by a customer.
These may include social media platforms, church-management systems, communication providers, payment providers, and other services.
A customer’s use of those third-party services is also subject to the privacy practices and terms of those providers.
Two Loaves does not control the privacy practices of third-party services.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
No internet-based service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Customers are responsible for protecting their login credentials and appropriately managing access to their Two Loaves accounts and connected services.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
Provide our services
- Maintain customer accounts
- Fulfill the purposes for which information was collected
- Resolve disputes
- Maintain security and audit records
- Meet legal or regulatory requirements
- Customer data may be deleted or anonymized after an account or integration is terminated, subject to legitimate retention requirements and normal backup cycles.
9. Data Deletion and Access Requests
Individuals and customer organizations may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information where appropriate.

We may need to verify the identity or authority of the person making a request before completing it.
If information was originally collected by a church or organization using Two Loaves, we may direct the individual to that organization because the organization may control the underlying record.
10. Children’s Information
Some organizations using Two Loaves may provide ministries or programs involving children.
Two Loaves does not intentionally collect personal information from children directly for its own independent purposes.
When information about children is processed through a customer organization, the organization is responsible for obtaining any consent or authorization required for its programs and use of that information.
11. Cookies and Website Information
When you visit a Two Loaves website, we or our service providers may collect limited technical information such as:
IP address

- Pages visited
- Referral information
- General usage information
- This information may be used to operate, secure, analyze, and improve our websites and services.
